Intelligent Monitoring System

Communication equipment in the photovoltaic area can provide real-time feedback on the operating status of inverters and other equipment, equipment parameters, power information, environmental conditions, etc., and can also control equipment such as circuit breakers in real time. The photovoltaic area video monitoring system can realize all-weather image monitoring around the factory area and roads, etc., and can realize 360° rotation, motion detection recording, alarm recording and other functions through the pan/tilt. Intelligent Inspection UAV System

The intelligent inspection drone system includes a drone charging station, an intelligent inspection drone, and a cloud background. The inspection UAV will automatically inspect the route according to the artificially selected photovoltaic area, and automatically return to the UAV charging station after the inspection. The UAV charging station is equipped with battery replacement and charging functions, and operation and maintenance personnel can remotely operate the UAV to replace the battery. The charging pile is equipped with multiple batteries. After the drone returns, it can take off again after the battery is replaced within 60 seconds without waiting for charging.

The intelligent inspection UAV is equipped with visible light imaging camera, Beidou positioning system, computer intelligent terminal and other equipment to realize the intelligent inspection function. UAVs regularly inspect the photovoltaic area, and provide functions including component temperature detection, component surface dust detection, component crack and damage detection, component occlusion detection, inverter and box variation and noise detection through remote sensing technology. It can also be analyzed in combination with visible light data to determine the damage of cells and junction boxes, and realize the inspection of photovoltaic module hot spot effect, hidden cracks, junction box failures and other problems at high altitude, and combine with Beidou positioning system to accurately locate faulty components position, improving the maintenance efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel. The intelligent inspection drone transmits the collected real-time data and images to the cloud background for operation and maintenance personnel to remotely view the situation of the photovoltaic area.

 

 

  

Intelligent Environmental Monitoring System

Operation and maintenance personnel can obtain real-time, complete and continuous environmental data of photovoltaic power plants through environmental monitoring based on the Internet of Things. Through this data, operation and maintenance personnel can evaluate the overall operating environment of the photovoltaic power station, and take operation and maintenance measures that are conducive to the efficiency of the photovoltaic power station based on the evaluation results.

This technology uses sensors to collect data such as temperature, humidity, and light intensity of the photovoltaic power station environment at multiple points, transmits the data to the nearest routing gateway node through the Internet of Things technology, and forwards the data to the cloud platform through the routing gateway node, thereby realizing remote monitoring .

Intelligent security and fire protection integrated monitoring system

If the weeds grow wildly and the wind blows, it is very easy to cause the fire to spread to the power plant area, resulting in damage to the power plant. The security and fire protection integrated monitoring system is a comprehensive system integrating video monitoring technology, image intelligent recognition technology, and network transmission technology. The system has fire monitoring function and video monitoring function at the same time.

The system is equipped with intelligent network cameras and thermal imaging dual-spectrum equipment, including cross-border monitoring, face capture, sound and light reminders, and two-way intercom functions to achieve intelligent security. The thermal imaging dual-spectrum equipment has a built-in pyrotechnic recognition algorithm, which can identify smoke and fire points, quickly discover fires, accurately report fires, and realize three-dimensional and all-round monitoring of fires.
