Installation Location: No. 118 Hualian Road, Tonggang Industrial Park, Meili Town, East Suburb, Changshu City.
Total Installation: 48.5GW
Project Features: The Longteng Special Steel "BIPV" project is composed of 68,000 monocrystalline photovoltaic panels, covering a roof area of 176,000 square meters, with a maximum span of 223.7 meters and a length of 596 meters, and a maximum vertical height of the canopy roof of 58 meters. It is the largest-span curved building-integrated photovoltaic project in the country. This project replaces traditional color steel tiles as the outer structure of the curved roof by combining customized waterproof brackets with photovoltaic modules, serving both power generation and as a roof shelter against wind and rain. The project can reduce carbon emissions by up to approximately 38,000 tons annually. The generated electricity fully meets the raw material dock's annual electricity consumption, and surplus electricity is fed into the national grid. In the future, Longteng Special Steel will comprehensively integrate rooftop photovoltaic resources, explore a "photovoltaics + steel" carbon-neutral path, and fully promote the company's low-carbon green transformation.

Project Features: The photovoltaic modules perfectly integrate with the roof structure, meeting building functions while the annual power generation is expected to reach about 1.482 million kWh, equivalent to saving approximately 518 tons of standard coal, significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions such as carbon dioxide. This not only effectively lowers the plant's own operational electricity costs but also actively practices the green low-carbon concept, providing a model for sustainable development and energy transition of industrial buildings.

Project Features: This project reconstructs the traditional carport using building-integrated photovoltaic technology—1,362 high-efficiency photovoltaic modules blend with the architecture, achieving zero space occupation and transforming the parking lot roof into a clean energy base. The project generated 914,000 kWh in its first year, creating economic benefits while reducing carbon emissions by about 858 tons annually, injecting green momentum into the company's ESG strategy implementation and sustainable development.

Project Features: Using two colors of perovskite photovoltaic modules: bright silver and dark gray, sized 1200x1200mm/1200x1800mm; bright silver metallic imitation BIPV products are used in interlayer positions, paired with silver aluminum metal lines; dark gray metallic imitation BIPV products are partially used on the first floor and corner positions, paired with dark gray metal aluminum waistline shapes. Silicone sealant is applied on the outer cover plates of horizontal seams and vertical seams. Through BIPV technology, deep integration of the building and photovoltaic system is achieved, creating a green and energy-saving office space, reducing building energy consumption, and enhancing corporate image.

Project Features: The product is applied on the south, east, and partial west facades of the GW-level production plant. It incorporates the specifications and sizes of Renshuo perovskite photovoltaic modules, using 1200×600 standard modules. Standardized sizes reduce production and installation costs, improving project economy and operability. Considering the project's characteristics (axis spacing, floor height), the design balances aesthetics and photovoltaic performance, optimizing the size adaptation of perovskite modules. Precise size adjustments ensure the partition design coordinates with the building style and height, enhancing photovoltaic module power generation efficiency and facade aesthetics.
