Apple's new headquarters building

Apple's headquarters building, "Apple Park," is located in California. The main structure of this building is entirely powered by renewable energy. Solar photovoltaic panels are installed on the circular rooftop, with a total installed capacity of 17MW, making it the largest rooftop photovoltaic building in the country. The project generates enough electricity to meet 100% of the building's power needs. In addition to self-use, excess electricity can even be sold. Moreover, California enjoys abundant sunshine, with half the year being dry season, providing excellent natural conditions for photovoltaic power generation.

The photovoltaic industry has now entered a bottleneck period. Faced with challenges such as limited installation land and delays in offshore photovoltaic development, how to innovate and build technological barriers to develop photovoltaics with new ideas has become an urgent issue in the industry. The ultimate form of photovoltaic power stations will not stop here. BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaics) has unlimited development potential and will create more aesthetically pleasing photovoltaic buildings in the future.
