National Speed Skating Oval
Also known as the Ice Ribbon, as one of the iconic buildings of the Beijing Winter Olympics, the Ice Ribbon is also a representative photovoltaic building. The venue's roof is covered with cadmium telluride photovoltaic glass, with a total installed capacity of 320 kilowatts, producing 448,000 kWh of green electricity annually, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 358,600 tons each year. All the electricity generated by this project is used for the venue's daily power consumption.
