The 26-hectare Alibaba Xixi Zone C is built on multiple platforms, with ASPECT Studios using the "BioHabiNet" framework Transforming gray rooftops into a three-dimensional forest Algorithm-optimized bio-depressions and rainwater channels weave a network that flows into a central lake, serving flood storage, irrigation, and habitat functions; floating "halo canopies" are arranged according to pedestrian flow and sunlight, providing shade, landmarks, and social stages.

A native multi-layered network of vegetation, water bodies, and structures forms a cellular network, already attracting cranes, dragonflies, and frogs in the short term. All rainwater is collected and reused on-site, with soil thickness and irrigation systems precisely calculated, ensuring 30,000 employees experience immersive nature, diverse activity paths, and sustained ecological resilience in a high-density city.
