Project features: The "BIPV" project of Longteng Special Steel is spliced together by 68,000 monocrystalline photovoltaic panels, covering a roof area of 176,000 square meters, with a maximum span of 223.7 meters, a length of 596 meters, and a maximum shed height of 58 meters. It is the largest span arc in the country. Photovoltaic building integration project. This project combines customized waterproof brackets and photovoltaic modules to replace traditional color steel tiles as the outer structure of the arched roof, which can be used for power generation and as a roof to shelter from wind and rain. This project can reduce carbon emissions by approximately 38,000 tons per year at most. The power generated will be transmitted to the State Grid after completely solving the annual power consumption of the raw material terminal. In the future, Longteng Special Steel will comprehensively integrate roof photovoltaic resources and explore a "photovoltaic + steel" "carbon neutral" path to comprehensively promote the company's low-carbon and green transformation.

Project features: The perfect integration of photovoltaic modules and the roof structure can meet the building's functions. At the same time, the average annual power generation is expected to reach approximately 1.482 million kWh, which is equivalent to saving approximately 518 tons of standard coal, significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions such as carbon dioxide. It can not only effectively reduce the operating electricity cost of the plant itself, but also practice the concept of green and low-carbon with practical actions, providing a demonstration for the sustainable development and energy transformation of industrial buildings.

Project features: This project uses photovoltaic building integration technology to reconstruct the traditional carport - 1,362 high-efficiency photovoltaic modules blend with the building, achieving zero space occupation and turning the top of the parking lot into a clean energy base. The project generates 914,000 kWh of electricity in its first year, creating economic benefits and reducing carbon emissions by approximately 858 tons per year, injecting green momentum into the company's ESG strategy implementation and sustainable development.

Project features: 1200x1200mm/1200x1800mm perovskite photovoltaic modules in bright silver and dark gray are selected; bright silver imitation metal BIPV products are selected for the interlayer position, matched with silver aluminum metal lines; dark gray imitation metal BIPV products are selected for the local areas of the first floor and corner positions, matched with dark gray metal aluminum plate waistline shape. Cover plates are installed on the outside of the horizontal seams, and silicone sealant is applied to the vertical seams. Through BIPV technology, the deep integration of the building and the photovoltaic system is realized to create a green and energy-saving office space, reduce building energy consumption, and enhance the corporate image.

Project features: The product is applied to the south, east and west facades of the GW-level production plant. The 1200×600 standard module is integrated into the specification size of Renshuo perovskite photovoltaic modules. The standardized size reduces production and installation costs and improves the economy and operability of the project. Combining the characteristics of the project itself (wheelbase, floor height), the aesthetics and photovoltaic performance are balanced in the design, and the size adaptation of the perovskite module is optimized. Through precise size adjustment, the sub-grid design is highly coordinated with the architectural style, improving the power generation efficiency and facade aesthetics of the photovoltaic modules.
