会址由主建筑会议中心和东西两栋塔楼组成，在会议中心金属屋面和酒店裙房采光中庭屋铺设了14000㎡的太阳能光伏，安装了16140块碲化镉发电玻璃建材，总装机容量超1.3MW，预计年发电量约140万kWh，可为会议中心提供持续、可靠的绿电，是国内大型超低耗能公共建筑。整个建筑的能耗降低了37.94%，节能率达到50.14%。
