The China Construction First Group East China Headquarters Building project is located in Minhang District, Shanghai, integrating advanced construction technologies such as green, technology, low-carbon, and energy-saving, and is committed to establishing a benchmark for Shanghai's urban ecological image. After completion, it will integrate the advantages of the entire industry chain, accurately connect with the development needs of Shanghai and East China, and innovate the central-local cooperation model.


 


 

Technological innovation empowers high-quality development

The project team used 中建一局自主研发的预应力压接装配混凝土框架结构体系(PPEFF体系) , to build a prefabricated structure of 1-3 floors, with a prefabrication rate of over 40%, reducing carbon emissions by 34.9% during the construction process, forming a prefabricated concrete frame structure system with high disaster resistance, rapid installation, green and low carbon. Basement application 全标准铝模板体系 , using BIM 5D artificial intelligence technology and one-click fully automatic three-dimensional modeling to freely combine the required dimensions of the building, effectively reduce carbon emissions during construction, and create an intelligent and green new central enterprise headquarters building.


 


 

Intelligent construction improves project management efficiency


 

Project application 公司自主研发的星璇项目履职管理系统 , which dynamically tracks the movement of personnel in real-time and records the actual operations of construction personnel. Based on data such as the number of attendees and attendance time, the system quantifies specific work based on work efficiency, formulates more reasonable construction progress plans, effectively ensures the project schedule, and achieves intelligent construction-driven project construction quality and efficiency improvement.


 


 

Project display 丽影建造全过程追溯管控系统 , this system uses visual SLAM technology + AI technology to restore and analyze the panoramic image of the construction site, allowing the construction site to achieve "cloud" intelligent control.


 


 

Zero-carbon building, creating a new benchmark for green demonstration


 

Project "active optimization" intelligent lighting system, using various intelligent lighting control methods such as time schedule control and sunlight sensor control to adjust the opening time and lighting brightness; the project insists on "passive priority" principle, using thermal break bridges to connect glass and keel to ensure airtightness and improve building insulation and heat storage conditions, which can both store heat for warmth and ventilate for sun protection, achieving a harmonious unity of "passive priority" and "active optimization" to reduce the energy consumption needs of the building.


 


 

The project integrates and considers the climate characteristics of hot summers and cold winters in Shanghai. Through simulation analysis, it compares the carbon reduction capabilities and economics of various technical measures combinations, combined with technical optimizations in high-efficiency refrigeration rooms, ground source heat pumps, and high-energy-efficiency lighting. The comprehensive energy saving rate reaches 96.2% , carbon emissions decreased compared to the baseline building 71.4% , achieving energy-saving, low-carbon, and high-level construction.


 


 


 

The project's roof and facade are covered with various types of photovoltaics, creating an environmentally friendly building in high-density large-scale urban construction, meeting the national standard's carbon reduction rate requirements for "zero-carbon buildings", achieving multiple creation goals such as near-zero energy consumption buildings, zero-carbon buildings, and three-star green buildings, and creating a new energy structure system and Zero-carbon central enterprise headquarters building benchmark
