Dongmao Huafu D1 Plot Kindergarten
Jinhua Dongmei Future Community (also known as Dongmao Huafu), as the second batch of provincial future community construction demonstration projects in the city, is developed and constructed by Jinhua Zhengmao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a joint venture between China Jinmao Group and Jindong District Urban Investment Group. The project is located in Dongmei Community, Duohu Street, Jindong District, with a total construction area of 762,600 square meters (nearly zero-energy consumption building area of 5,109.21 square meters).
The kindergarten in the D1 plot of the project is designed according to near-zero energy consumption building standards. Based on the local climate characteristics and natural conditions, it optimizes through passive technical means, significantly reducing the energy consumption needs of building heating, cooling, lighting, and domestic hot water. At the same time, it adopts active energy-saving technologies to improve the efficiency of energy equipment systems, increases the application of renewable energy buildings, sets up a solar photovoltaic system on the roof, uses an air source heat pump system for domestic hot water, and achieves a comprehensive energy saving rate of 70.98% and a renewable energy utilization rate of 61.29%.
In March 2024, the project obtained the near-zero energy consumption building label, becoming the first near-zero energy consumption building in Jinhua City.
