Zhejiang Transportation Technician College East Expansion Project 2 #Building

The Zhejiang Transportation Technician College East Expansion Project (Phase 1) is invested and constructed by Zhejiang Transportation Technician College. The project is located in Duhu Street, Jinhua's Jindong District, with a total construction area of 117,820 square meters (of which the ultra-low energy consumption area of Building 2 is 10,548.17 square meters). This project is designed and constructed according to the two-star green building standard, with Building 2 student dormitory designed to ultra-low energy consumption building standards.

In terms of technical approach, the project adheres to the principle of "passive priority, active optimization." At the passive technology level, through precise optimization of building orientation and window-wall ratio (controlled ≤0.4), combined with the use of high-performance enclosure structure insulation and heat preservation systems, high-airtightness doors and windows, and heat bridge-free refined structural design, the building's basic load is significantly reduced. Adjustable external shading facilities are also universally installed to effectively reduce summer solar radiation heat gain by more than 30%.

At the active technology level, a high-efficiency, low-energy consumption air conditioning system is integrated, achieving a healthy indoor environment with constant temperature and humidity (temperature 20-26℃, humidity 40%-60%). An air source heat pump system (COP≥4.0) is used to ensure efficient and low-carbon hot water supply. 185 monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof, with an installed capacity of 48.10 kWp and an annual power generation of 45,000 kWh.

The comprehensive application of these technical measures has yielded remarkable results, with a comprehensive energy saving rate as high as 61.73% and a renewable energy utilization rate of 17.76%.

In March 2024, the project obtained the ultra-low energy consumption building label, becoming the first ultra-low energy consumption building project in Jinhua City and the first in Jindong District.
