Dongyang City Culture and Art Center Annex Building
The project is invested and constructed by the Dongyang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film, Tourism and Sports. The total construction area of the project is 7963.5㎡, and its main functions are a report hall and a restaurant. It is designed and built according to the ultra-low energy consumption building standard, fully embodying the ultra-low energy consumption design concept. In terms of architectural design, material selection, energy management, and system integration, it adheres to the principle of energy saving and consumption reduction, and introduces cutting-edge energy-saving technologies and equipment, achieving a significant improvement in energy utilization efficiency, establishing a complete energy management system, and effectively ensuring precise monitoring and efficient scheduling of energy use.
The project integrates multiple energy-saving strategies, including innovative building energy-saving design, high-performance enclosure structure (significantly improving the thermal performance of the insulation system), high-efficiency and low-energy air conditioning (fixed-frequency water-cooled unit energy efficiency index COP≥6.678W/W, variable-frequency water-cooled unit energy efficiency index COP≥5.82W/W) and new wind heat recovery system (its full heat recovery efficiency is not less than 75%, and it is equipped with a high-efficiency air purification device, which can effectively filter ≥0.5μm particles), etc. The building roof is also specially equipped with 670㎡ monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic panels, with an annual power generation of 129980kWh. In addition, the unique grid-shaped design on the outer side of the exterior wall curtain wall plays a role in fixed shading, blocking direct sunlight, greatly reducing the increase in indoor temperature, reducing the power consumption of air conditioning and other refrigeration equipment, and indirectly saving energy. The final comprehensive energy saving rate reaches 59.09%, and the renewable energy utilization rate reaches 45.91%.
In June 2024, the project obtained the ultra-low energy consumption building label, becoming the first ultra-low energy consumption building in Dongyang City.
