Tanyuan Kindergarten
The project is located in the Shanzuitou Community, Xiguan Street, Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone. Tanyuan Kindergarten is designed according to the ultra-low energy consumption building standard. It adopts a core concept of green, low-carbon, healthy, and environmentally friendly design to create a truly healthy environment, comfortable space, and learning environment for children, planting green seeds in the hearts of the next generation as they grow up.
The project integrates energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies with architectural form and function. Based on local climate characteristics and natural conditions, it optimizes passive technical measures to significantly reduce the energy consumption needs of building heating, cooling, lighting, and domestic hot water. Active energy-saving technologies are then applied to improve the efficiency of energy equipment systems.
With indoor environment and energy consumption indicators as constraint targets, a performance-based design method is used to reasonably determine technical strategies. Passive measures such as adjustable external shading, energy-efficient windows, and thermal insulation of the enclosure structure are prioritized to reduce the building's heating and air conditioning needs. This is combined with improvements in equipment energy efficiency and increased application of renewable energy in buildings. A solar photovoltaic system is installed on the roof, and an air-source heat pump hot water system is used for domestic hot water, achieving a significant reduction in building energy consumption. The project's building comprehensive energy saving rate reaches 78.37%, and the renewable energy utilization rate reaches 67.6%.
In April 2023, Tanyuan Kindergarten obtained the ultra-low energy consumption building label, becoming the first batch in Jinhua City and the first ultra-low energy consumption building in the Jinhua Development Zone.
