The Basic Rules for Electricity Market Measurement and Settlement have been officially released
Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration jointly issued the "Basic Rules for Electricity Market Measurement and Settlement", which will come into effect on October 1, 2025, with a validity period of 5 years.
The issuance of these rules signifies the completion of the initial construction of the national unified electricity market's "1+6" basic rule system, covering various types and stages of the electricity market.
