Design Concept: Aiming to create a zero-carbon park with "zero input and zero output," the design fully considers natural conditions such as climate characteristics and terrain. It uses design technologies, materials, and construction methods that combine renewable energy with buildings to create a unique and well-equipped livable space with ventilation, water-saving, heating, and energy supply systems, achieving zero carbon emissions.
Design Advantages: The walls are installed with a new type of photovoltaic building material, "Qing Zhuan" (青磚), developed based on more than 20 photovoltaic building integration patented technologies from Yingli National Key Laboratory. It breaks through the traditional appearance design of solar panels, creating a power-generating building with Chinese artistic characteristics. The unique dry-hung structure facilitates installation, maintenance, disassembly, replacement, and recycling.
The unique AI intelligent system closely integrates renewable energy with the building's heat pump air conditioning system, air source heat pump, capillary air conditioning, and other energy-saving systems. Automatic control makes the overall building more energy-efficient and efficient, becoming a truly green building.
The photovoltaic + passive + intelligent demonstration building adopts a new Chinese style architectural design, integrating building-integrated photovoltaic technology, passive technology, high-efficiency energy-saving and environmentally friendly air conditioning systems, and a smart energy management system to create a demonstration building that encompasses livable, zero-carbon, green, and intelligent features.
