Design Concept: This building prioritizes passive energy saving with active energy saving as a supplement, placing people first to create an energy-efficient, comfortable, and high-efficiency exemplary green building.
Design Advantages: It adopts renewable energy systems such as geothermal heat pumps, solar photovoltaic power generation, and wind-solar complementary solar streetlights, effectively saving building electricity consumption. It sets a benchmark for green buildings in Suzhou and can also play a demonstration role in the green building industry in Jiangsu Province and even the whole country.
The photovoltaic power generation part uses high-efficiency double-glass components, with an annual power generation of 420,000 kWh, providing 23% of the building's electricity consumption.
This building has obtained the highest level of green building certification from both China and the United States: LEED-NC Platinum certification from the United States and the China Green Building Three-Star Design Mark.
