Design Concept: To achieve the goal of regional clean energy utilization and optimize regional energy use.
Design Advantages: The building adopts curtain wall integrated photovoltaic power generation technology, combined heat and power (CHP) and smart grid technology. It uses Low-e (low-emissivity) coated glass, which can comprehensively improve the energy-saving characteristics of the glass through reflection and absorption, effectively preventing infrared rays from entering, and making the glass appear in different colors.
This building is the first batch of CCER projects in Tianjin to be registered by the state and is a national two-star green building.
