Canada adds a new 1GW photovoltaic component factory!
According to Pocket New Energy overseas team (LinkedIn: Pocket New Energy) According to research, on July 4, 2025, the manufacturer's website announced: Indian solar energy manufacturer Worldone Energies announced that it will build a 1-gigawatt renewable energy and green hydrogen manufacturing plant in Ontario, Canada.

Before the new production capacity expansion in Canada, the company completed the construction of a 1.2-gigawatt solar component production line in India in April. This production line will be used to produce the company's n-type TOPCon monocrystalline double-sided supreme series components at high speed and high efficiency. The efficiency of this new production line is 33% higher than that of standard Indian production lines, thus improving production efficiency and shortening the production cycle, WorldOne Energies said. "A key innovation is India's largest cavity laminator, which enables higher component lamination efficiency while ensuring strict quality standards."
