Creating a near-"zero-carbon" model, Shenzhen Pingshan's "Industrial Building Up" innovation continues!

Recently, the South Tower project of Shenzhen Scientific Research Industrial Base was officially delivered. This innovative 8-story building with a construction area of 7660 square meters, built by CSCEC Technology, aims to be the nation's first benchmark for near-zero carbon operation throughout its full lifecycle as a low-carbon building With this positioning, it previously received the "Near Zero Energy Building" certification from the China Association of Building Energy Efficiency, achieving a comprehensive energy saving rate of up to 72%, which is 2.4 times the national standard! Its annual carbon reduction is equivalent to the carbon sequestration of 7 standard football fields of forest, with green electricity coverage reaching 60%. This is a perfect example of green technology and efficient office integration, and the blueprint for future architecture!



 

 

The building's design integrates BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics) technology, PV-storage-DC-flexibility technology, near-zero energy consumption technology, green building technology, and smart building technology. The equipped photovoltaic matrix produces 220,000 kilowatt-hours of clean electricity annually, equivalent to the carbon sequestration contribution of 12,000 trees. Through dynamic energy consumption prediction algorithms, it accurately matches photovoltaic power generation, energy storage, and building electricity demands, ensuring every kilowatt-hour is utilized to its fullest.

 

As the nation's first green and low-carbon benchmark for "three-life integration" industrial parks, the South Tower of Shenzhen Scientific Research Industrial Base focuses on near-zero carbon operation, green construction, and smart management. Meanwhile, the North Tower offers diverse products such as flexible office spaces, R&D testing facilities, and headquarters bases (areas from 70-1380㎡) to provide high-end, intelligent, and sustainable R&D office spaces for enterprises.
