Shandong issued a document stating that general industrial and commercial and large-scale industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaics should generally choose the all self-generation and self-use mode, but can also use the self-generation and self-use with surplus electricity to the grid mode. For those using self-generation and self-use with surplus electricity to the grid, the annual self-generation and self-use electricity shall be no less than 50% of the total power generation, and all grid-connected electricity shall participate in the electricity spot market.
