The "2025 Jiangsu International Exposition of Green and Low-Carbon Buildings," hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, opened on April 1st at the Nanjing International Expo Center.

With the theme of "Technology Illuminates Green Urban and Rural Areas," the exhibition showcased nearly 15,000 square meters of exhibits, focusing on the latest technological achievements, products, and practical cases of green and low-carbon development in housing and urban-rural construction at home and abroad. Nearly 50 concurrent events were held, bringing together renowned experts and scholars, leading enterprise representatives, and representatives from countries and regions including Sweden, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong to discuss development strategies and plans, centered around promoting the advancement of the building industry towards high-end, intelligent, and green development.

Guest Exhibition
The exhibition aims to promote the integration of technological and industrial innovation in the field of housing and urban-rural construction, and to facilitate the connection between factors and markets. It serves not only as a window to showcase the achievements of construction technological innovation, but also as a platform for the entire industry to share development opportunities. The exhibition, first held in 2023, received a positive response and strong support from both inside and outside the industry. This year, its "circle of friends" continues to expand, its "international flair" becomes more pronounced, and its "excitement" has once again risen.
Showcasing New Achievements in Technological Development. 119 well-known enterprises and institutions in the industry participated in the exhibition, including 16 foreign enterprises and institutions, 6 Fortune Global 500 companies, 11 listed companies, and numerous technology-based emerging enterprises. 95% of the participating companies showcased their exhibits in a special booth format, highlighting the innovative achievements of the integrated application of new energy, new materials, digitalization, intelligence, and advanced manufacturing technologies in the construction field.

Partial Enterprise Exhibition Areas
Creating New Highlights in Featured Exhibition Areas. Focusing on key tasks for the high-quality development of housing and urban-rural construction, eight themed exhibition areas were set up: improved residential areas, carbon peak and carbon neutrality pilot zones for urban and rural construction, intelligent construction, urban renewal, green infrastructure, comprehensive achievements of "four new" initiatives, green finance, and livable and employable beautiful villages. Among them, the improved residential area exhibition area set up an integrated four-in-one exhibition space of "policy guidance—technological innovation—project application—real scene experience", comprehensively and panoramically presenting Jiangsu's practice of promoting improved residential areas from "design drawings" and "construction drawings" to "real scene pictures".

Partial Themed Exhibition Areas
