MCC-SEDI actively responded to the national carbon peak and carbon neutrality policies. Commissioned by the Beibei District Ecology and Environment Bureau of Chongqing Municipality, it efficiently built Chongqing's first zero-carbon exhibition hall using an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model. Located by Cuiyue Lake in Jinyun Mountain, Beibei District, Chongqing, the exhibition hall is part of the New Era Civilization Practice Ecological Civilization Sub-center. The project aims to popularize low-carbon technologies, advocate for low-carbon living, and establish a low-carbon model. 。
The designers combined the "Three Possible, Three Zero" construction principles to achieve Chongqing's first truly "zero-carbon building" through "Three Dimensions, Four Systems". "Three Possible" refers to zero-carbon, experiential, and demonstrable; "Three Zero" refers to zero energy consumption, zero wastewater, and zero waste; "Three Dimensions" refers to building energy consumption, building wastewater, and building waste; "Four Systems" refers to renewable energy systems, energy-saving systems, water recycling systems, and material recycling systems.

Technology 1: An integrated, multi-complementary energy generation microgrid system of "photovoltaic + energy storage + charging pile";
Technology 2: Intelligent optical fiber-type solar light introducer, integrating high-tech lens light collection, solar tracking, light guide transmission, and safety lighting;
Technology 3: High-efficiency energy-saving enclosure materials, using passive design concepts.
The zero-carbon cabin is equipped with sensors for environmental temperature and humidity, air quality, particulate matter concentration, and indoor illuminance, as well as sensors for building energy consumption and power generation, forming a zero-carbon cabin data center. The indoor dynamic display system, through system monitoring and intelligent control of the zero-carbon cabin data center, constantly displays data related to comprehensive indoor environmental analysis, comprehensive analysis of building renewable energy, and low-carbon emission reduction effects.
