Design Concept:This building primarily utilizes passive energy saving measures, supplemented by active energy saving techniques, placing people first to create an energy-efficient, comfortable, and highly efficient exemplary green building.
Design Advantages:It employs renewable energy systems such as ground source heat pumps, solar photovoltaic power generation, and wind-solar complementary solar streetlights, effectively saving building electricity consumption. It has set a benchmark for green buildings in Suzhou and can also play a certain exemplary role in the green building industry in Jiangsu Province and even the whole country.
The photovoltaic power generation part uses high-efficiency double-glass components, with an annual power generation of 420,000 kWh, providing 23% of the building's energy consumption.
The building has received the highest level of green building certification from both China and the United States: LEED-NC Platinum certification from the United States and China's Three-Star Green Building Design Label.
