Design Concept:To achieve the goal of regional clean energy utilization and optimize the practical use of regional energy.
Design Advantages:The building adopts curtain wall integrated photovoltaic power generation technology, combined heat and power (CHP) technology, and smart grid technology. Low-e (low-emissivity) coated glass is used, which can comprehensively improve the energy-saving characteristics of the glass through reflection and absorption, effectively preventing infrared rays from entering, and making the glass appear in different colors.
This building is the first in Tianjin to obtain national备案 (registration) for CCER projects and is a national two-star green building.
