It is also an important measure for the energy industry to unify thoughts, form synergy, and promote high-quality energy development.2024In the year, the energy industry deeply implements the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, with"Four Revolutions, One Cooperation"as the fundamental guideline, coordinating the promotion of high-quality energy development and high-level safety, further enhancing energy security capabilities, achieving a historic high in the output of raw coal in large-scale industrial enterprises, and maintaining stable crude oil production for three consecutive years.2The output exceeds 100 million tons, and the output of natural gas in large-scale industrial enterprises has increased by more than 10 billion cubic meters for eight consecutive years. The energy consumption structure continues to optimize, and the level of green and low-carbon development is further improved.
Currently, China's energy development also faces some risks and challenges. The international situation is complex and severe, the external extraction rate of oil and gas is still relatively high, the rapid growth of new energy poses higher requirements for system absorption, key technology and equipment breakthroughs in energy still need to be strengthened, and the reform of the energy system and mechanism needs to be advanced in depth. The "Guiding Opinions" propose targeted policy measures to help guide localities and relevant units to further accelerate the planning and construction of a new energy system, working together to complete"the 14th Five-Year Plan"the conclusion, using high-quality energy development and high-level safety to support the continuous recovery and improvement of China's economy, and meet the growing energy needs of the people for a better life.
