Shanghai "Tian'an Qianshu"
In recent years, Shanghai has had many distinctive new buildings, and Tian'an Qianshu, located by the Suzhou River, is certainly one of them. This building, viewed from a distance, resembles a lush "floating forest". It draws inspiration from the famous Huangshan Mountain, presenting a majestic and steep form. What is astonishing is that the entire building integrates the landscape and architecture naturally by planting over 1,000 trees of different species on more than 400 terraces, embodying the concepts of ecology, environmental protection, and low carbon.
Inside the building, there are structural columns of varying heights, resembling a future forest. These columns contain rain sensors that can intelligently irrigate the external plants.
