Zhejiang's First Zero Energy Pavilion Building
Huzhou Municipal Construction Bureau leads the green and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry, combining energy transformation with future community construction.Starting from the two directions of "throttling" and "open source", they meticulously built the province's first zero-energy exhibition hall. The pavilion makes full use of the architectural form and spatial layout to reduce energy consumption and maximize the use of solar energy resources to achieve a precise energy consumption balance.

South Taihu Lake Future Community Experience Hall is located in South Taihu Lake New District, Huzhou, on the south side of Huanhu Levee, on the west side of Yingbin Avenue and on the north side of Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway. The building has a total floor area of 3908.66 square meters, a total of two floors, the main use is commercial and office. The project thoroughly implements the concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains", and leads the construction of future communities through energy transformation. It achieves the goal of zero energy consumption building from the two dimensions of "energy saving" and "production capacity", and its technical path and measures have the characteristics of replicability and easy promotion and application.
The building has a combined energy efficiency of 100 percent and a renewable energy utilization rate of 211.92 percent. It has also won the province's first zero-energy building design certification mark, and has been included in the top 100 cases of near zero-energy buildings in the country, and has been rated as an excellent case of carbon peak-related work in the provincial construction field in 2022.
