From December 15 to 16, 2022, as one of the most important conferences focusing on sustainable cities and human settlements in the world, the 17th Global Forum on Human Settlements (GFHS 2022) was successfully held. The project of zero carbon intelligent innovation operation center in Jinan starting area won the "global human settlements planning and Design Award". This is one of the important achievements of the starting area in terms of green, low-carbon and high-quality development.

 

 

The architectural design "takes the spring as the shape, the cohesion and the external cohesion"

 

The project of zero carbon intelligent innovation operation center in Jinan starting area is located in the investment promotion industrial park of green construction international standard in starting area, which is developed and constructed by Jinan first investment group co., ltd. The project covers an area of 2.57 hectares, with a total construction area of about 72000 square meters, including 47000 square meters above ground and 25000 square meters underground. It will build exhibition halls, lecture halls, operation centers, public service halls, offices and supporting restaurants, with a total investment of about 1.284 billion yuan.

 

The project is designed by Spanish OSA Design Group, which highlights the concept of "people-oriented", integrates the concept of Quancheng culture, adopts the architectural form of "spring as the shape, cohesion and cohesion", and aims at the "five positioning" of green ecology, health and comfort, energy saving and low carbon, intelligent perception and environmental friendliness. Through the application of passive technology and active technology, the project is committed to achieve zero energy consumption and zero carbon in the operation stage, realize the integration and breakthrough of green and low-carbon fields, highlight the transformation of old and new functions, and have the lead and demonstration.

 

More than ten technological innovations to help zero carbon emissions

 

In order to realize the zero-carbon operation of the zero-carbon intelligent innovation operation center project, the project fully considers the roof structure, illumination angle and surrounding environment while reasonably selecting the energy system, improving its own insulation system and air tightness. Through the simulation of solar heat intensity, BIPV building photovoltaic integrated system, roof crystalline silicon photovoltaic power generation system and off-site solar photovoltaic power generation system are set up. In the operation process, the building energy comes from renewable energy power generation, and the annual power generation can meet the total energy consumption of the project, realizing zero energy consumption and zero carbon operation in the operation process, and at the same time realizing the residual power grid, becoming a regional distributed energy station.

 

In addition, the project applies the concept of sustainable low-carbon throughout the whole process of planning and design, architectural design, building materials selection, construction and operation management. It adopts high-performance steel structure system, renewable low-carbon building materials, new thermal insulation and waterproof materials, low-volatile and low-dissipation materials selection, optical storage DC power supply demonstration, multiple coupling energy system, comfortable and energy-saving air conditioning system, healthy indoor environment protection technology, and healthy drinking water quality improvement technology, tunnel wind and water spray integrated cooling system, sponge green space and water-saving system, indoor high-carbon plant planting, underground space lighting improvement technology, carbon emission monitoring platform, to minimize building energy consumption and carbon emissions, to achieve the purpose of energy saving and carbon reduction.

 

Building a Perceived Smart Energy Carbon Emission Monitoring Platform

 

In terms of smart innovation, the Zero Carbon Smart Innovation Operation Center project builds a smart energy carbon emission monitoring platform around the concept of "traceable, regulatable and predictable" throughout the life cycle of the building. The platform adopts the "1 N" mode, that is, "1 platform, N applications", to realize the traceability of the design, construction, equipment, materials, energy, carbon emissions and other contents of the zero-carbon intelligent innovation operation center. The operation has the perception, visualization and supervision of meteorological parameters, indoor comfort, construction equipment, energy consumption, carbon emissions and other contents, and based on data-driven with a certain amount of intelligent prediction, intelligent decision-making and operation optimization capabilities.

 

In addition, the project also adopts robot intelligent parking system, intelligent office system, intelligent lighting system, and intelligent security system, etc., to effectively build the zero-carbon intelligent innovation operation center into a new generation of "AI green low-carbon intelligent building" with high quality and high standard ". In the future, the platform can be used as a control display platform for smart energy, carbon emissions, smart city construction and other content in the Miaolang area and even larger areas through regional data access and software module expansion, and effectively build the starting area into a high-quality, high-standard green ecological smart city.
