Located in Silver Spring, Maryland, USA, the Unisphere building is one of the largest net-zero energy projects in the United States. The owner of the building is a medical treatment company with a construction area of 19,500m2 located in a densely populated city center. It was named the "Best Green Project" in 2019 by the 2019 Best Project List released by ENR, the most authoritative academic magazine in the field of engineering construction in the world, and has completed LEED platinum certification.
