The entire building includes a calla lily-shaped main tower, 5 leaf-shaped laboratories, and a bud-shaped display center. Standing in the "stamens" is a vertical-axis wind turbine, which can generate 480,000 kWh a year. In the building, 38% of the water used for flushing and irrigation is the rainwater collected by the "flower tray", which can save 13 tons of water per day and 4,800 tons of water per year.
