2. Main objectives

Through the implementation of energy conservation and carbon reduction actions in key areas, the province has gradually established a work system that promotes energy conservation and carbon reduction in key areas with energy efficiency constraints. 3. Key tasks

(1) Comprehensively establish an enterprise energy efficiency list

1. Identify key industries. Adhere to step-by-step implementation and orderly advancement. The Provincial Development and Reform Commission will take the lead in guiding the energy efficiency of three key industries and data centers, including petroleum, coal and other fuel processing industries, chemical raw materials and chemical product manufacturing, and ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industries. For action work, the Provincial Department of Economics and Information Technology takes the lead in guiding the energy efficiency action work in two key industries, including non-metallic mineral products industry, non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry. (3) Actively guide the orderly withdrawal of excess and inefficient production capacity

1. Guide the exit of inefficient production capacity.
