(33) Strengthen and promote implementation. The Provincial Carbon Peak Carbon Neutrality Work Leading Group Office should regularly schedule the implementation progress, strengthen follow-up evaluation and supervision and inspection, strengthen carbon peak and carbon neutral work planning, and coordinate and solve major problems encountered in the implementation. The party committees and governments of all districts and cities must resolutely shoulder the responsibility of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, study and determine realistic goals and tasks, formulate practical and feasible implementation measures, and consciously contribute to the realization of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality as scheduled. Relevant departments and units in the province should cooperate closely, and the leading departments of key tasks should effectively assume the overall functions of taking the lead in various fields to ensure that the specific work is consistent with the carbon peak and carbon neutrality policy orientation, and the steps are connected. The carbon peak implementation plan of each district and city, as well as the special implementation plan and guarantee plan for carbon peak and carbon neutralization in relevant provincial-level fields, need to be deliberated and approved by the provincial carbon peak carbon neutral work leading group before being issued for implementation.

(34) Strict supervision and assessment.
