Regarding the income of distributed photovoltaic projects that has attracted much attention, Dong Xiaoqing, director of the New Energy Design and Research Institute of China Coal Tianjin Design Engineering Co., Ltd., specifically calculated the income changes of distributed photovoltaic projects under special conditions such as power station demolition and time-of-use electricity prices. For example, if a power station is dismantled, it is acceptable to take the 6MW photovoltaic power generation project of the distributed general wharf in the storage area of Caofeidian Port, and dismantle it once in the life cycle, and the rate of return impact is between 0.4 and 0.9, which is acceptable and a calculation model that is more in line with the real situation. As far as the time-of-use electricity price is concerned, based on the calculation of a 2.4MW rooftop distributed project of a forging plant in Liaoning Province (actual case), the self-consumption rate of the project is 85%. In Shandong, according to the latest time-of-use electricity price in Shandong, the final comprehensive electricity price is only 0.3427 yuan, which is lower than the desulfurization benchmark electricity price, which has a great impact on the project yield.

Dong Xiaoqing said that, on the whole, the industrial and commercial structures of provinces and regions are different, and the impact of time-of-use electricity prices on photovoltaic systems varies greatly. Distributed photovoltaics + energy storage is the main way to solve the problem that distributed photovoltaics have the highest output at noon when the electricity price is lower than the desulfurization benchmark electricity price.

Wei Xiaozhao, head of the Energy Internet Technology Research Center of the Electric Power Science Research Institute of the State Grid Henan Electric Power Company, said that the explosive growth of distributed photovoltaics threatens the safe and stable operation of the distribution network. Abnormal operation of photovoltaic station areas such as overload and voltage limit are faced with varying degrees of challenges. In order to solve the above problems, State Grid Henan Electric Power complies with the intelligent Internet of Things system architecture, and carries out the "observable, measurable, controllable, and adjustable" construction of household photovoltaics, realizing real-time measurement, comprehensive analysis, Precise control, piloting the early warning and treatment of problems such as reverse heavy overload and voltage over-limit in the photovoltaic station area, effectively guaranteeing the safety of distribution network operation and equipment safety.

To smooth output, reduce light abandonment, and enhance peak-shaving and frequency-regulating capabilities, the requirements for distributed photovoltaic distribution and storage are intensifying. Wang Yinzhu, an associate professor in the Department of Applied Chemistry, School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, Nanjing University of Technology, said that profit from peak-to-valley electricity price difference is still the main profit method for distributed energy storage at present, and the electricity price difference and distribution range determine the profitability of user-side energy storage. Generally speaking, the peak-to-valley electricity price difference exceeds 0.7 yuan/kwh, which has room for profit. Wang Yinzhu emphasized that lithium iron phosphate batteries are still the most important type of batteries. With the decline in the price of raw materials such as battery-grade lithium carbonate, the current cost of batteries is about 0.72-0.85 yuan/Wh, and the construction cost of energy storage power stations will continue to fall. In Wang Yinzhu's view, distributed energy storage should develop energy storage products with "low cost, long life, high safety, maintenance-free, and good consistency". Especially in terms of fire safety, combustible gas detection devices should be installed in the lithium iron phosphate battery equipment room, the ventilation system should be explosion-proof, and the battery compartment (cabinet) should be equipped with water spray, heptafluoropropane, perfluorohexanone, fine water mist, aerosol, etc. The fixed fire extinguishing facilities and the minimum protection unit are battery modules, and each battery module can be individually equipped with fire extinguishing medium nozzles and a fire water supply system for the whole station.

According to Chen Tiejun, general manager of Systems Engineering Research Institute of Yidao New Energy Technology (Quzhou) Co., Ltd., there are currently three major pain points in the county's distributed photovoltaic and distributed photovoltaic markets: one is fire safety, and distributed photovoltaics frequently have fire accidents; the other is Product life, the color steel tile roof needs to be replaced in 5-8 years, but the service life of the photovoltaic module is 25 years, the two do not match; the third is difficult to clean, the inclination angle of the photovoltaic module is small, and the dust precipitates into stubborn stains after the water evaporates. Difficult to clean. Aiming at the above pain points, Yiyi Xinneng overcomes them one by one through the three major innovations of photovoltaic module-level rapid shutdown system, lightweight shingled photovoltaic modules, and self-draining steel frame modules. It is worth noting that Yiyi Research Institute mainly promotes full-scenario and full-process photovoltaic system solutions, which are divided into three sections: ecological photovoltaics, urban photovoltaics and offshore photovoltaics, with 18 specific application scenarios.

In response to the problems arising from the rapid development of distributed photovoltaics, the solution of the National Photovoltaic Quality Inspection Center revolves around the four main points of "seeing, hearing, asking, and knowing". Meng Qingfa, deputy director of the National Photovoltaic Quality Inspection Center (CPVT), introduced that Wang means on-site survey, surveying the power plant site, geographical location, surrounding environment, feasibility study design data, information navigation platform, and power plant map drawing; Wen means data verification, mainly including Power generation data, power generation capacity difference, electrical parameter adaptation, meteorological environment, equipment accuracy, data cleaning; ask, that is, consultation and investigation; data verification, power evaluation, detection and analysis, fault conditions, sample sampling, problem analysis; cut, also It is technical analysis, including safety quality, performance quality, engineering quality, data analysis, problem diagnosis, and comprehensive suggestions.

From a legal point of view, Li Yaqi, a lawyer of Sunshine Times Law Firm, shared the legal risk prevention of distributed photovoltaic project investment. For example, regarding the compliance requirements of the factory buildings attached to the distributed photovoltaic project, Li Yaqi listed in detail the compliance risks of house construction procedures, the lessor is not the owner of the house, the risk prevention of "one house with multiple rents", and the risk prevention of house mortgage/sealing 6 risks of special concern, including roof owner bankruptcy risk prevention and demolition risk prevention, and countermeasures are given.

Cong Zishan, Senior Research Institute of Xiaoshu LVGEM (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd., focused on sharing the income of distributed photovoltaic carbon asset projects. Cong Zishan said that the current types of carbon assets that domestic distributed photovoltaic users can choose include voluntary emission reductions and green power certificates. In general, when distributed photovoltaics are developed as voluntary emission reduction projects, whether it is CCER or GCC, the price is higher than the price of the green certificate, and the value-added space is large, but the corresponding development cycle is also long. However, the current carbon asset development has difficulties in the whole process. For example, due to factors such as the scarcity of professionals in the early stage, it is difficult to make accurate pre-evaluation judgments, including the evaluation of the project’s developability and emission reduction; in the middle stage of development, Because the core of the carbon emission reduction mechanism is data, the complexity of the data is very high, and the entire cycle of execution is very long; in the later stage of development, there will be a lot of monitoring data, how to do accurate monitoring, how to consider the uniqueness and authenticity of the project .

After the brainstorming, on April 26, the participants gathered together offline to visit the excellent case projects of distributed photovoltaics in the whole county, and then explored distributed photovoltaics from the actual projects.
