"The '14th Five-Year' period is a critical period for rural revitalization and the replacement of traditional farm houses with modern buildings, and it is also a window period for the popularization of green buildings in rural areas." Zhong Baoshen, the chairman of the joint stock company, is constantly revising and perfecting the proposals in progress while handling the company's affairs continuously.

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to actively and steadily promote carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. Based on our country's endowment of energy resources, we must insist on building first and then destroying it, and implement the carbon peak action in a planned and step-by-step manner.

"After the carbon peak carbon neutrality goal puts forward new requirements, building carbon emissions are the focus of emission reduction." During the early data collection, visits and investigations, Zhong Baoshen found that since the double carbon goals were put forward, cities have been promoting low-carbon development, including The development of green buildings is advancing rapidly, while new buildings in rural areas are still subject to influences such as concepts and economic levels, and traditional buildings are still the mainstay.

"The data show that by the end of 2020, the cumulative green building area of the country was 6.6 billion square meters, accounting for only single digits in the total urban and rural building area in the country. Among them, new green buildings in cities and towns accounted for 77% of the newly built building area in that year, and rural areas The proportion of newly built areas is relatively low," Zhong Baoshen said.

Previously, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development compiled and issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for Building Energy Conservation and Green Building Development Plan". Zhong Baoshen said that the existing planning is relatively complete in terms of urban green buildings, but relatively weak in rural green buildings. "During the period of the national plan '14th Five-Year Plan', more than 50 million kilowatts of new building photovoltaics will be added nationwide. According to the development and cost reduction of roof distributed and building-integrated photovoltaic technologies, combined with the consideration of the potential of installable space, the planning target can be greatly exceeded .”

Zhong Baoshen believes that with the development of the economy and society, the people's demand for a better living environment is also increasing. Rural revitalization is not only about rapid economic development, but also green and low-carbon development to meet villagers' expectations for a better life. To this end, Zhong Baoshen suggested that rural green building development plans and implementation plans should be formulated to help the coordinated development of urban and rural areas; special work should be carried out in promoting the use of ground source heat pumps to open a breakthrough for clean heating of green buildings.

As an important application scenario of green buildings, BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics) is not only more beautiful and energy-saving than traditional rural buildings, but also can create more than 25 years of power generation benefits, achieving living comfort, living economy and national compliance. Multiple advantages of the low-carbon trend.

"Future buildings will no longer have simple roofs. The roofs of future buildings must be roofs that can generate electricity and save energy." Zhong Baoshen introduced. Just like photovoltaics in the past, through technological innovation to continuously reduce costs and realize "one dime per kilowatt-hour of electricity", photovoltaics are inseparable from people's lives. Today, the cost of BIPV industry is gradually decreasing, and its economy, cleanliness, and energy attributes all determine that it can become the main choice of rural green buildings. In addition, Zhong Baoshen also suggested that the development potential of building integrated photovoltaics should be fully considered, and the deployment process should be accelerated to provide more green primary energy for urban and rural buildings.

"Green buildings are not uncommon in cities. In the future, I call on the process of rural revitalization to pay attention to the planning and related policies of green buildings, so that our villages will become more prosperous and more beautiful and harmonious."

Help the construction of green energy buildings and strive to become the leader in the BIPV industry.
