Installation time: 2014, installed capacity: 338KW. The building is mainly based on passive energy conservation and supplemented by active energy conservation. Adhering to the design concept of low carbon and environmental protection, it adopts a series of green technologies such as rainwater recycling, natural lighting, and photovoltaic power generation. It is an energy-saving, comfortable, and efficient demonstration project. Among them, the photovoltaic power generation part uses high-efficiency double-glass modules, with an annual power generation of 420,000 kWh, providing 23% of the building's electricity consumption.
The building has obtained the highest level of green building certification in China and the United States, the US LEED-NC Platinum Certification and the China Green Building Three-Star Design Label.
