In August 2018, Qinghai Province established a national-level large-scale photovoltaic grid-connected key technology research and photovoltaic product research and development center - "Photovoltaic Industry Technology Innovation Center". It is located in Dongchuan Industrial Park, Xining City, Qinghai Province. The whole building has 5 floors and a total construction area of 14178.76 square meters. The building is positioned as a smart, technological and energy-saving new energy demonstration building.
