Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist department leaders in technical management of green building projects;

2. Carry out relevant technical report writing, review and declaration of green building consulting business;

3. Simulation analysis and design suggestions of physical environment such as building wind, light, heat and sound;

4. Carry out technical research on green building-related topics;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership;

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, professional background in water supply and drainage, HVAC, building environment and equipment engineering;

2. More than 1 year of related work experience, working experience in green building industry is preferred;

3. Enthusiastic and cheerful, strong language expression and communication skills;

4. Interested in green building consulting work, with teamwork spirit;
