General industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic:

Users may choose either full self-consumption or a mode in which surplus power is fed into the grid; for those adopting the self‑consumption with surplus‑power‑to‑grid arrangement, the annual share of grid‑injection relative to total generation shall, in principle, … No more than 50% , The local competent authority for power operations shall, in coordination with grid enterprises, strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of project operational performance, For projects where the proportion of electricity fed into the grid exceeds 50% over a two-year period, anti-backflow devices shall be installed, and subsequent grid injection will not be permitted.
